Marshall Goldsmith

"The executive coach who gets paid only if you get better."

Marshall Goldsmith is an American executive coach and author who spent decades sitting with CEOs whose results were already excellent and whose interpersonal habits were not. He grew up in Kentucky, earned a PhD at UCLA, taught leadership at Dartmouth’s Tuck School, and became one of the first coaches whose fee was tied to whether colleagues actually saw the client get better.
